Help 1st Cranbourne Scouts Stay Under One Roof!

For decades, 1st Cranbourne Scout Group has been a home for young people to learn, grow, and develop valuable life skills. Our hall has been the heart of our community—where friendships are formed, confidence is built, and adventures begin. But now, we’re facing a crisis.

Our roof is in a dire state of disrepair, and after seeking professional advice, we’ve been quoted $30,000 - 40,000 for a full replacement. This is an overwhelming challenge for our group, especially as we’re still paying off a loan from much-needed renovations during COVID, which removed asbestos from the hall and upgraded the toilets.

Scouting is all about resilience and teamwork, and we’re calling on our community to help us through this storm—literally. Without urgent repairs, our ability to continue providing a safe and welcoming space for our Scouts is at risk.
