Help Adam heal from Pfizer vaccine side effects

Hi, my name is Adam Clarke, I’m 22 and I live in a town called Farnham in the UK. Last year, I had my first dose of the Pfizer covid-19 vaccine. I have no issues with vaccines and was hoping to get all of my covid vaccines to give myself and others protection. However, it turned out that I am one of the unlucky few people that had a serious adverse reaction and am still suffering 7 months later. My symptoms initially started, as feeling like I was going to pass out and I felt extremely sick. I slowly started to develop neurological symptoms such as tremors, numbness in my arms and legs, vertigo, headaches and nausea. I also started developing cardiac symptoms such as chest pain and rapid heart rate. I went to A and E many times and was told every single time that I was having a panic attack and that I was just anxious. I’ve had to see many doctors privately and ended up being diagnosed with POTS and FND, however there are still more tests I need to do to rule out other things such as auto immune conditions. I was perfectly healthy before I had my vaccine, skateboarding almost every day and having no underlying health issues. Seven months later, I am still having a rapid heart rate (130 bpm testing and 150 when standing or doing small activity). I still have seriously bad shortness of breath, really bad vision issues and some other symptoms which haven’t resolved yet. I have had to temporarily withdraw from university and I am basically bed bound and unable to work as I have been for seven months. All the money raised would be used on paying for seeing private doctors and also certain therapies that seem to be helpful to vaccine injured people. There is a treatment called hyperbaric oxygen therapy or HBOT which has helped others in my position greatly. Any money that doesn’t end up being used for medical expenses will be donated to another cause. Thank you for taking the time to read my story :)
