Help! with recovery and relocation due to fire

Hi,
Our family-owned cell phone repair business has been directly affected by the fire from the art gallery on May 7th, 2022. Nearly half of our 1200 square foot commercial rental ceiling was on fire. The Oakland firefighters saved the rest of the building , thankfully. Nonetheless, we suffered water damage to our rental unit flooring, affecting furniture, office supplies, inventory and electronics. We also suffered smoke damage to the rental space building and our business and personal belongings.
Our family-owned cellphone repair shop is our only income to provide for our family of five. Our three small children, Esteban , Mila and Amalia depend on us. We have been in business at this location since 2017. At the moment, we offer mobile repair services to our customers since we can not work from our shop.
The landlord told us we need to relocate because the plan is to demolish the first floor of the building to restore from the fire incident. According to the landlord, our commercial unit and other commercial units will not regain electricity. The smoke stench is unbearable, and we are not equipped to recover our business property from the building without proper gear or electricity. We are waiting for the fire investigation report from Oakland Fire Department, insurance coverage determination and landlord accountability.
Five out of seven commercial units and four out of 15 resident units on the second floor have been affected by this fire . Sadly, the art gallery is burned down completely. Recovery and relocation help are needed for everyone involved in this fire.
It has been six days since the fire, and as small business owners and parents, we feel helpless.
We appreciate your support. THANK YOU!
