Help A 3 month old Baby Get A Pacemaker

My name is Michelle. I am raising money to help my friend and colleague Julev. Julev and his wife have been taking care of their new born daughter whom has a congenital heart disease (complete heart block - 3rd degree) . Her heart's electrical signal can't pass normally from the atria, the heart's upper chambers, to the ventricles, or lower chambers; that's why she has a below normal heart rate. She is 3 months old. The Pedia-Cardio Doctor strongly advised that they should have a pacemaker surgery done as soon as possible to save her life. Julev has already asked some charities for help and fortunately they contributed some but still it wasn't enough to get the pacemaker device including some savings for her. Julev is really shy and hesitant to ask for some help but he does not have much options but to ask for help.
