Help Adewale live for his kids

My name is Adewale Daniel Fadele, am 43 years old, married with two kids.

Am currently receiving treatment at the renal Ward, Obafemi Awolowo Teaching Hospital, Ile Ife with a life-threatening ailment.

I got to know about this medical condition when I was down with severe stomach pain and blood pressure higher than normal. When my condition degenerated, I went for a further checkup which confirmed that both of my kidneys have failed and were badly damaged.

My Doctor recommended that I start dialysis immediately to support my kidney functions. I have been undergoing dialysis treatment at least twice every week since January. The cost of each session is around N45000 per session, with weekly injections between N50000 and N70000. I can't say how many of these dialysis sessions I have done because I have lost count. The doctors said a transplant is the preferred solution to my current situation.

My family is working hard to raise the required money for the kidney transplant surgery, however, it is difficult to save for the surgery as we continue to spend on dialysis treatment, injections and routine investigations weekly.

Friends from home and abroad have supported me up to this point. However, I still need more financial support for the transplant. No amount is too small as it will go a long way to save my life and most importantly help me live for my kids.
