Hey there! I’m Noemie Sérieux, ‘The Cottagecore New Yorker’ and I’m writing my very first recipe book!

I’m a 23 year old St. Lucian professional pastry chef born and raised in Brooklyn, NY who graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2018. I sell my pastries via custom order and also work as a content creator and the founder of CCBF (Cottagecore Black Folks).

My dream is to eventually open my own cafe dedicated to showcasing unknown artists of color who are often overlooked. As an artists and pastry chef this dream combines two of my passions and I hope this recipe book can be my first step towards ‘Sérieux Cafe’ ❤️
