Help a disabled mother and son find a new home

Hi, I'm Sheldon and I'm looking to raise enough money for my mother and I to find a new place to live and this is my last ditch effort to accomplish that. Our current apartment has become unlivable thanks to failing appliances and utilities, pests, and most recently, a rodent infestation.
It's just so hard trying to figure out where to begin.
As I said before our home has become a breeding ground for pests and rodents. Our bathtub has molded and is inaccessible because my mother cannot walk or stand more than a few steps, thus it's near-impossible for her to bathe properly. The shower itself has zero water pressure and only gets a luke-to-mid warm at best. Management turns our water off and on at will and, often times, without notice. Our pipes and wiring are archaic as nothing in the apartment has been rennovated or changed out in over 20 years; even after constant pleas, appeals, and request to management and our landlord. We haven't had a working oven in five years as the circuitry catches on fire inside if you turn it on for more than two minutes. We've done everything with a single burner and a toaster oven as our microwave broke down as well. Everything in the apartment has eroded or rusted. The doors are breaking down but even after screwing them back onto the hinges the wood is so old that it chips right off and breaks the door again. We can't install any bars into the shower because the drywall and marble splinters and breaks. Our toilets hardly flush and often clog even after only putting in a few sheets of tissue due to the old plumping.
There are simply too many things to list at the moment. Time and time again we've brought it to the attention of management and our landlord, however they have refused to aid us. They'll give us the run around and tell us that someone will come out to check it, but no one ever does, this has been happening to us for YEARS and nothing has change. We've gone to the health board and have filed complaints to no avail. We've contacted the corporate offices and even speak to the district manager in charge of these apartments and he has given us the same empty promises that our landlord has time and time again. The last time we called we were hung up on. The last time we messaged them, there was no response.
We just aren't sure what to do anymore. My mother is elderly, a retiree, she is disabled and cannot walk on top of a mound of severe medical issues (high blood pressure, shingles, severe arthritis, etc). I am her sole caregiver, I tend to her needs 24/7. Because of my own physical disabilities and failing mental health issues (bipolar disorder, severe anxiety and depression, ADHD) I am not qualified, thus cannot get certified by the state to gain an income from caring for her. The rodent infestation is the latest of our problems and has been the last straw. We've never had to deal with anything like this in decades of living here. We've laid traps, set out poison, etc but they still get in somehow. Whenever we tell management they essentially tell us that we're on our own. This is a problem that they've known about for the past half-decade with other tenants and have done nothing. They simply pay the fine from the health board and move on.
We've sold her car just to help us stay afloat and we're currently living off of my mother's SSI and retirement funds. However, with her medical bills piling up along with food and amenities and essentials, we're BARELY scraping by. Recently I was denied my request for SSDI, and I'm unable to work at this time due to my own health issues and me being the only person that can look after my mother; thus I can't leave the home for more than an hour or two at a time. It's grown even more difficult as of late given she injured herself in a slip and fall while trying to flee a rodent that infiltrated her bathroom.
What we need is help. I wish I could give my mother the world as she's sacrificed so much for not only me but for those around her, her family and friends; the people that she loves. She prays and tries to stay optimistic to keep hope alive the best she can, but I can see on her face that she's suffering inside. We have no one else to turn to, to ask for help. We've exhausted every option we have and I currently fear for my mother's health because of her high blood pressure; the mental fatigue has gotten to us both and we're both on edge.
With these funds, we'll be able to find a new place to call home, somewhere away from pests and rodents. We'll be able to afford first and last and security if need be, pay the moving expenses, and get my mother a new bed as her current one is broken and sags to one side with us having to spend 5-10 minutes just trying to help her get in and out of bed every couple of hours. It'll help us stay afloat while my appeal for SSDI is pending and she's able to save whatever money she has coming in for the months after. These funds will help us start a new, fresher life, and possibly help us afford a caregiver that can aid my mother whenever I need to run out for errands or enable me to get some form of work so I can help with the income.
Bless you, to everyone that donates, spreads the word, or just takes the time out of their day to read this.
