Help a disabled trans guy get a wheelchair!

Hi, my name is Brian, tho people may know me as Estrin or Link online! I've got Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it's a debilitating condition that has gotten worse over the past several months. While I was able to go shopping and go meet up with friends, I haven't been able to do any of that for over three weeks now as my symptoms are just too much. I have the typical extreme fatigue and post-exertional malaise that comes with ME/CFS, but it also comes with other symptoms, such as dizziness, loss of appetite, brain fog (just typing this so far has taken over 30 minutes), aching muscles and joints, and much more.

I'm currently housebound, I would love to go out, to help my friend with shopping, to meet up with other queer people in my city, to actually be able to leave the house without worrying if i'll be bedbound for the next week or more. My main issue, aside from the fatigue, is the muscles aches and dizziness, but with a wheelchair, i feel like i could overcome a majority of my symptoms and have a healthy social life again.

I've tried going through Occupational Therapy, but my referral was rejected as I had made plans to go out with my social prescriber...plans that had to be cancelled because of my disabilities.
