Help a Family Living at the Loyalty Inn in Louisa

Hi, my name is Ericka and I am fundraising to help a family of five who are living at the local motel, the Loyalty Inn in Louisa, Virginia. Myself and other residents of Louisa, with the help of Yanceyville Church and contributions from people like yourself, have been paying the $485 per week so that the family has a roof over their heads during this very hard time in their lives.

The family lost their housing about 3 months ago when their elderly landlord decided not to renew their lease because he "didn't want to die and leave renters for his children to deal with". The family has 3 children that are 4, 7, and 14. They also lost their car around the same time they lost their housing after a car accident. On top of it all, the maternal grandmother to the children is dying.

We are trying to raise $10,000 to get this family on their feet. The $10k will be used to:

- Get them a car, so that the parents can get to and from work.

- Pay the first months rent and security for an apartment or house for the family.

This family will be spending Christmas in the motel this year. Let's be generous and make sure this family moves towards stability and security for the new year ahead.
