Help a Family of 4 Rebuild After devastating Flood loss.

My family of 4 was affected by a natural disaster, the flooding in West Virginia, that has been presidentially declared, and we are currently awaiting some type of federal help. The biggest concern is that my family is still currently at a Red Cross partnered shelter. We are having serious issues finding any places to rent or any type of housing for that matter. I am asking for help so we can try to get us some type of home, maybe even a mobile home. I have a 16-year-old daughter and a disabled 18-year-old son that we are trying so hard to get raised and take care of. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Please anyone, can you help my family? We didn't ask for any of this and we are homeless, and without your help, I'm afraid we aren't gonna be able to afford any place. FEMA is willing to replace personal property damage costs, but the funds have to be spent on personal property, and without somewhere to put the personal property, the money is useless.
