Help a family out of debts

Hi, I'm helping my brother who got scammed multiple times, and hes deeply in debt and its just not working for him.

15 years in marriage and 4 kids, works 7 days a week, long hours but he's really struggling.

He got scammed firstly when he bought a franchise opportunity promising an amazing weekly income then he lost 39k when the franchisee went bankrupt. Lawyers said there's nothing he can do.

Then he tried to recover by investing in crypto and lost all of his life savings, about 35k.

Took a loan and invested in Terraforms, essentially buying digital USD, only to get scammed by Do kwon who's currently in jail.

If I had the money, I would give it all to him but after long conversations, I convinced him to stay anonymous and I would start the go fund me page for him.

I hope this works cause I don't know any other way.
