Please help the Karasavas family at Mayfair Pizza

Hello, my name is Meghan McGahan. I may not be related to the Karasavas family by blood, but I have been a part of their amazing family for almost 10 years. They have been a part of the Mayfair community for over 27 years and you can clearly see their impact. Many of you have asked to lend a hand in their time of need and we are all thankful.

If you haven’t heard, on Wednesday March 8th, 2023, the Karasavas family at Mayfair Pizza were involved in an attempted robbery at gunpoint that resulted in both Stacy and Mina being shot and injured. Mina spent about a week in the ICU and required life-saving surgery. This life changing event has taken a toll on the whole family.

We are so blessed and thankful that these events did not turn out worse, however Mina and the family have a long road to full recovery. Mayfair Pizza has been closed for over two weeks now and while there are plans to reopen, there are a lot of obstacles for them to navigate going forward. A place that they considered their second home, now brings back terrible memories and we all know Mina and Stacy are irreplaceable!

Now this family deserves to take a breath, heal and come back stronger than before. With that being said, I’m asking for any donations to help the family pay for their business and living expenses. Any donation, small or large, would greatly benefit the Karasavas family. Thank you for your time, and help.
