Help a Friend Access Gender-Affirming Care

I’m honored to be raising money for a dear friend as they pursue gender-affirming top surgery! Although this is an exciting step for them, it’s also an overwhelming one. The total cost of surgery and recovery can be wildly unpredictable and therefore feel insurmountable. Let’s ease the burden so they can access the care they need before their wedding next year! The money raised will go towards surgery itself, recovery aids, travel/lodging expenses, and peace of mind as my friend takes needed time off from their very physical job of caring for furry friends.

As we look ahead to the election, we know that it’s not just medical expenses that are unpredictable, but the future of trans healthcare as well.
