Help a friend who lost everything in a house fire

On December 29, 2019 in Rutgers Village Apartments my friend AJ’s apartment had a house fire, the fire started in the kitchen from the stove, Aj lost everything including his close Uncle whom passed away from the fire.. Everything was ruined from kitchen appliances, his computer, all his Living room furniture was destroyed not only from the fire but from the water being sprayed into the apartment to put out the fire. He lost  his brand new PlayStation and TV he got for Christmas, He literally has to start over from scratch . If anyone could help him start over that would greatly be appreciated.
