Help a Gazan Family Rebuild After Sustained Losses

Mohamed and his wife had to run away and seek shelter elsewhere. After losing both their home and car in the war without warning, they are left with no source of income, as the car was the only thing that allowed them to make money during this period of increasing instability. After the war, they were left with an uninhabitable apartment. Him and his wife both have degrees they are unable to use because of the working conditions & economic instability in Gaza. Gaza is an open air prison with little to no opportunity for the coming generation due to the restrictions on travel, healthcare, and life in its essence. They been separated from the world with a severe blockade on the movement of people and goods. Mohamed and Mariam both dream of a different life for their child. They want to travel out of Gaza but the price of passports, and plane tickets are expensive for the three of them. With the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been a complete catastrophe, with little to no access to healthcare, and if you have the money to receive healthcare, the medicine and equipment may very well be unavailable. They are also facing a water crisis, as only 4% of the water can be used for human consumption.
