Help a Gazan Family Survive

“I am Mohammed from Deir al Balah in central Gaza. We are living in the worst and hardest days of our lives; getting food and drinks has become a luxury. We now live a life we would never imagine we would live. We live a very difficult life, my family and I die every day from the cold, hunger, and war. We live under missile strikes and, thank God, we survive. I hope the whole world will support me and stand by me.”

My name is Marlie Bryant. I am raising money for my friends Mohammed and Mahmoud, whose lives have tragically been interrupted by the start of the recent war on Gaza. 

A student of multimedia arts, Mohammed’s life and dreams were abruptly shattered by the onset of a devastating war. Mahmoud, his cousin, was not able to complete college due to his financial situation caused by the blockade; he instead worked as a fisherman alongside his brothers. This crisis has not only has jeprodized their futures, it has also placed an unbearable responsibility on their shoulders: the survival of their family. With skyrocketing prices and no opportunities to earn money, obtaining basic necessities has become impossible.
