Help me continue my education in treating animals

Hey everyone, my name is Elvie and I actually can't believe I'm doing this. Like a lot of us, I often struggle to reach out for help in some big ways, but I think this might be the right time.  I lost my best friend and mentor at the end of 2019 to cancer, I lost my father at the beginning of 2020 to cancer when I was only 24 and still living at home, also something he had conquered once before, and I lost my three legged special needs beautiful dog a few months later.  Before these events I already struggled with depression, but since going through this time anxiety and PTSD have also joined the party.  I say all of this to say that through all of this pain and darkness, I have finally found something that gives me some drive, motivation, and happiness, and that is being a veterinary assistant/technician.  It has been a process to finally find something that brings me happiness, let alone a job, but due to my circumstances and not having the financial support I once had, I am currently unable to fund a veterinary technician program to further my knowledge and opportunities on my current salary.  I have never asked for help in a way as big as this, but I just figured someone out there may understand big life changes and have an extra cent, and if not, that is absolutely ok too.  I always knew I would end up doing something to help animals, but I never thought I would succeed in such a challenging field and I don’t want to stop.
