Help a girl with a water-saving invention!

After being concerned by the growing Californian drought and failure of numerous water conservation efforts, I set out to change things through my 8th grade Science Fair project. Four years later, that project has grown into my invention- a device that can retrofit old 1.6 GPF toilet tanks and convert them into dual mode for less than one fifth the cost, saving tons of water in the process. As a middle class high school student, it can be really hard to pay for the legal fees to protect my idea. I currently have a provisional patent but need funds for the next step.
