HELP LGBTIQ IN KAKUMA - £4000"
Dear friends and allies,
I am one of the 15 people among the LGBTIQ community living in the Kakuma refugee camp in northern Turkana, Kenya. Unfortunately, this camp is a hostile environment for us, with regular attacks and injuries inflicted upon us. We desperately need your help in order to survive and thrive in this situation.
We are raising £4000 for 15 people and further if the donations increases to cover the costs of food, medication, and other basic necessities. Every pound you donate will make a real difference in our lives, helping us to survive and stay healthy in this difficult environment.
We also ask for your support in advocating for us, so that we can be resettled in a safe place where we can live without fear of persecution. Your voice can make a real difference in securing a better future for us.
Please consider making a donation to help us survive and thrive in Kakuma. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a real difference in our lives. Thank you for your support and compassion.
Sincerely,
The LGBTIQ community in Kakuma.
