Help a Heartbroken Mom After Tragic Loss

On March 1, 2018 I was blessed with a beautiful baby girl named Aubrey Mendez. Since the first day Aubrey was born she was a fighter a warrior!

Shortly after Aubrey was hospitalized at only 1month old where she was constantly in and out of the hospitals going through heartbreaking procedures. She had a diagnosis of severe combined immunodeficiency disease (ICD Code D81.9) with comorbidities of myelodysplastic disease, laryngomalacia, dyspnea, dependence on supplemental oxygen, weakness, decreased oral intake, pulmonary hemorrhage, and asthma. She was prognosis of 1 year or less to live if the disease ran its expected course

Aubrey was a beautiful, smart, funny, loving 6 year despite all she was going through she was so full of life. On 8/27/24 the worst day of my life happened Aubrey received her angel wings and is now in heaven as my beautiful guardian angel.

During this very difficult time for me and my family. As we grieve I ask for help so I can give my daughter the funeral she so much deserves. As a single mom with a broken heart, anything is truly appreciated even a share! I thank you in advance for all the heartwarming and out pouring support!
