Help provide gender affirming care

Hey! My name is Ras and my wife's name is Rivr. We are a lesbian couple currently living in Alabama. My wife is trans and just started her journey. We have two beautiful cats, Savory a tuxedo and a black cat named Phoenix.

With the overturning of recent legislation and other anti-trans legislation being passed and brought about in our state, we are scared. My wife is scared to leave our home because each time could be her last. As for myself, I have had 7 miscarriages and am terrified to be in this state should I become pregnant and have another one. I don't even feel safe trying to seek medical relief by tubal or hysterectomy at this point.

The closest safe state is over 400 miles away. We were planning to move at the beginning of 2023 but we now feel the longer we stay the more danger we are in.

We do have some saved up but no where close to the amount we need to rent a moving truck and secure an apartment or home.
