Help a Loving Mother Reunite with Her Child

I’m a single mother working part time on Oahu and am born and raised on Oahu. Seeking help to have enough money to find and pay for an attorney, just to get on my own feet and make enough money at my job or till I find a better paying job.

Currently I have supervised visits with my child due to a mental health evaluation that happened way back in 2020. The court order has to be updated with a professional attorney. That is 3 1/2 years that I have had supervised visits and not had even joint custody of my child.

My child also lives in another state and it costs money to fly back and forth from Illinois to Hawaii. All my sons family is in Hawaii and I’m trying to bring him back to Hawaii, where he was born and raised as an infant. It is also not good that currently the father has been withholding time from letting me see our child since April, so an attorney is much needed.

It would be so wonderful to get help in raising money for an attorney, so that I can get supervised visits removed, prove I am a good and fit mother and spend quality time with my child.

I am hoping to get $3500 to get an attorney, for that is how much a retainer costs.

The next court date is in September, so that leaves me with only two weeks left in July and the month of August to save money from working part time and any donations, to afford an attorney.

Please help with anything you can, so that I can be with my child more and be a loving mother more.
