Help a Mother Evacuate Herself and Her Children

Donation protected
Hello my wonderful friends, I am Kayla (or Phoenix [nobara's straw doll] from TikTok). I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of a mother named Rawan Khaled. We need as many donations as possible immediately, and I assure you that even small ones will help my friend and her children. I have been sending her the donations through PayPal and she has received them in her bank account. This is her story.

I am Rawan from Gaza. I am 30 years old, married and have two children
I live in Gaza City - Tal Al-Hawa. I completed my diploma and bachelor’s studies in public relations and media, and a master’s degree in diplomacy and international relations.

I started working after a lot of research. I got a job opportunity at Al-Isra University on September 1, 2023. I was very happy with this access to build my future and the future of my children. Unfortunately, I lost my job and my university.

My child, Abdullah, who is 4 years old, used to go to nursery and was eager for the bus when it came in the morning to pick him up. He was busy preparing his bag and the things he wanted to eat and take with him, and he built his new relationships with new friends.
At that time, we were expecting my second child, and I was four months pregnant.
The war began and the journey of my pain and pain began.
The bombing intensified in the city of Tal al-Hawa and the fire belts were everywhere. I had to flee to my family’s house in the beach camp because my house was bombed and destroyed.
Unfortunately, things got worse and I was forced to flee again to the south of Gaza City. I took refuge in the city of Khan Yunis, Hamad Town, in my sister’s house.

I was exposed to a lot of fatigue and pain during my pregnancy because it was classified as a high-risk pregnancy due to my exposure to premature birth with my first child. I resorted to using treatment, including stabilizing the pregnancy. Two weeks before the war, I had undergone a procedure to narrow the cervix called stitching so that premature birth would not occur.

Then the city was subjected to severe bombardment, so I fled for the fourth time to Al-Aqsa University due to the lack of space and the density of the displaced. I was displaced for the fifth time to Mawasi Khan Yunis. To make things worse, artillery shelling, warplane bombardment, and showers of bullets, I fled for the sixth time to the city of Rafah to Hamad Hospital, which had not yet been built. There was neither a wall nor a wall. There is no water, no bathroom, and no electricity.
I lived in difficult health conditions in light of the lack of the necessities of human life for me and my child, and in an unbearably cold weather, and I did not have any winter clothes. At the end of the summer, I left my house and it did not occur to me that this war would never end. After two months of suffering in Rafah, I was displaced for the seventh time to Hamad City. Due to the instability of the situation and the lack of medical points and hospitals in the event of labor, I was forced to flee to Rafah for the eighth time due to the availability of a specialized maternity hospital for women and obstetrics. I underwent a caesarean section on February 18, 2024, without prior warning, and I did not have any clothes for my child, not even for myself. My children and I stayed in a tent, and there was no healthy, psychological, or social environment available. A week after giving birth, everyone said that Hamad Town had become a safe area, so I moved to Hamad Town for the ninth time.
On the night of March 3, 2024, the city was subjected to fire belts and a siege by tanks and the Israeli occupation army. Everyone gathered on the ground floor of the building until the morning, and we were unable to move. I was exposed to severe pain during the birth process, and fear consumed my eldest child’s heart and he burst into tears and fear, and I had no choice but to hug him and be easy on him while my infant was in my other hand. Morning came and we headed towards the Israeli checkpoint, walking long distances, stripped of all our belongings, under intense artillery shelling and a large crowd of displaced people.
I was displaced for the tenth time to Mawasi Khan Yunis. I stayed for two nights without a blanket or a mattress. My children and I spread out on cardboard on the floor. Then I was displaced for the eleventh time to the city of Rafah until Rafah was invaded, and I was displaced for the twelfth time to the city of Deir al-Balah.
I need your support, assistance and support to leave Gaza in order to protect my children and provide them with a safe environment and a healthy social, psychological and environmental life.
