Our dear friend and PT employee has just experienced an unimaginable tragedy—her home was completely destroyed in a fire, leaving her and her two children with absolutely nothing. While we are grateful that she and her kids made it out safely, they tragically lost their beloved dog and every single possession they owned. The fire started when her son, wanting to help, tried cooking for the first time while she wasn’t home.

As if this weren’t heartbreaking enough, this comes on the heels of multiple hardships. Just two years ago, she lost her husband and had to rebuild her life from the ground up. Then, just weeks ago, she lost her FT job, making this crisis even more overwhelming. Now, with no renters insurance to help her recover, she is facing the unimaginable task of starting over once again, with no safety net.
