Help my neighbor family stay in their home

My neighbor, Sabrina, is raising two teenagers on her own. She is an incredibly hard-working lady who does everything she can to take good care of her rental house. Recently, her landlord threatened to evict her, saying they wanted to sell the home. They have now backtracked and said that she can stay in the home, she just needs to pay $3000. We all know how rough the rental economy is right now. Finding a decent place to stay is almost impossible, and would cost her more than just paying the $3000 to stay where she is. If there’s anything you can do to help, please do! Nobody wants to see a family homeless, especially right before Christmas. I can’t count the number of things she’s done for others in the community. I’d love to see her be the recipient, for a change.
