Help a seminarian study in the Holy Land!

First off: despite the look of overwhelm in this photo, I actually love being in seminary! :)
I began in the fall of 2020 after years of struggling to discern my call to ordination. If you know me, you know that our family is very involved in ministry: my husband is a pastor, I am a former missionary, and I work part-time at the mid-council level for our denomination.
In the next year or so, I will hopefully be graduating with my M.Div and continuing my progress toward being ordained. This December, I have been given an incredible opportunity to travel to and learn in the Holy Land for two weeks with a group from my seminary. The trip is through the Jerusalem Center for Biblical Studies. Our itinerary includes
- visiting historical sites from the life and ministry of Jesus
- exploring ancient and modern Jewish history and politics through visiting a Holocaust memorial site and dialoguing with religious leaders
- seeing ancient artifacts and learning from historians
- and, best of all, getting a chance to practice my Hebrew!
Talk about a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enhance my learning experience like nothing else!

I have paid my deposit but need to fundraise for the remainder of the trip cost, as I am only working part-time right now while I study and raise our two children. Any amount you can contribute would be so very helpful and appreciated. Thank you very much!
