Help a Single Mom and Her Son Find Peace

Hello everyone and thank you for showing interest. I'm a single mother raising a child with special needs. He's been through so much in his 15 years of life and I commend him for the man that he's becoming. I'm trying to move out of the bad situation. Our neighbor below us has taken joy in harassing my son on a daily basis. She calls him out his name because he is an African-American male bangs on the ceiling when he plays his music and makes gorilla noises. When he's getting off the bus they sit in the car and stare at him and watch him walk into the house trying to intimidate him. I'm afraid to leave him at home when I'm at work because all they do is argue and scream slam doors throw things at each other and it's a lot to deal with. My son overheard the lady tell her son that if she had a gun she would shoot him. Out of fear he proceeded to sit in the stairwell of our apartment so that if any bullets started flying they wouldn't hit him. It's hard for me to even write this or to Fathom that people act like this. I just want my son to be okay. His grades are dropping he doesn't sleep at night and the ladies actions are changing him. She's turning my sweet boy into a spiteful person and I don't want that for him. He already lost his father grandfather grandmother uncle and Aunt in a 6-month period. Covid and other issues wiped out one whole side of his family. And after surviving that now he has to endure this. He's come so far and so have I. It's gotten to the point where it's affecting my work day. I've been having many panic attacks thinking about the possibilities. If you can find it in your heart to help us out it would be greatly appreciated. I just want my son to thrive. Thank you for anyone and everyone that contributes.
