Urgently reaching out. Need dental implants

All I want for Christmas is my three front teeth... I am a single mom with two teenage boys. My younger son is on the spectrum. When I'm not caring for him, I work part-time at a horse farm. When I was 12 years old, I fell off my bicycle and hit a concrete wall face first. I've been dealing with dental issues my whole life. Several years ago, when we received stimulus checks, I was able to finally get a bridge for my three front teeth. Unfortunately, the bridge has broken, and my only option at this point is implants, which cost between $10,000 and $12,000 for my three front teeth.

I've gone through a lot of struggles but have come out stronger than I ever imagined. I've been sober for 12 years. I never spend frivolously and have tried to save over the years, but this dental cost is out of my means. My two boys are my priority, and it breaks my heart to use the limited savings I put together towards implants, but there's no other option at this point. I am humbly asking for help.
