Help a single mother focus on healing not money

Hi,
My name is Brittany.
I’m a close friend of Nikki’s.
We’ve been friends for over 15 years.
Wow I feel old haha. 
 
If you know Nikki at all,
you know she is always smiling.
And if you don’t know her let
me tell you a little about her.

Normally she’s a ball of energy
and so much fun. She’s a HARD
worker and doesn’t give up easily.
She’s an incredible mother to a
cute six year old boy, Bryson.

Nikki has had a crazy battle with
Ulcerative colitis. In 2013 while
when she was pregnant with Bryson
she had a toxic mega colon with
septic shock. She was given a 2%
chance to live. One of 11 cases ever
diagnosed, she is the only case
with two survivors.
Bryson is a miracle baby.
She has been told before she
wouldn’t make it and damn it, she’s
still here. Thanks to God and
a great team of doctors she
came through. She’s a fighter. 

However currently she has a LOT of pain.
She was rushed to Waterman hospital
and then transferred to Orlando
for surgery. The surgery went well
but now she is having complications.
And is still in a lot of pain. There
is fluid building up on her pelvis
and they are doing surgery again
tonight or tomorrow. The team has
no idea what’s going on but they are
doing their best to help her. 

Like I said she’s a fighter.
But some fights just can’t be fought
alone. Sometimes you need help. 
Nikki is currently in the hospital
fighting yet again for her life and
her health. Fighting to be a mom
and to be able to live a normal life again.
Fighting to go back to her job as a
hospice nurse and to love on her
son like no other. 

She needs our help!


She is still in the hospital without 
answers. Many tests are being run
and her CT scans aren’t looking good.
The Drs are working hard to figure
it out but that leaves her very sick
and in a lot of pain with NO answers. 
No mom should ever be going
through this and also worrying
about not being able to pay the
mortgage or other bills.

Being a a single mother is hard
enough without having something
like this happening. 

Please consider helping my friend.
She needs us and I promise you she
is good people. Every little bit helps. 
I know money can be tight for us all.

But maybe consider trading out an
evening out to eat or a coffee at
Starbucks, to instead help a mother
out that so desperately needs it.
