Help a strong mama that was thrown a curve ball.

Hi there, My name is Jessika, and I am a childhood friend of Haley. I have created this gofundme to help with bills that are starting to add up during this difficult time. I know this is surprise for some, but for her family and a few close friends this has been a complete nightmare for us. Haley’s story: “It’s a long story. But I’ll try to make it short. I got weight loss surgery in June. In July i went to the ER with back pain, they did a ct scan and i had a kidney stone(the pain) and they saw i had a leak from the weight loss surgery. So they ended up transferring me to the hospital i had the weight loss surgery at but my surgeon wasn’t a available that weekend, so another surgeon “fixed” it and put a stent in. Well a month later August 24th i woke up and had to throw up and it was blood. I went straight to ER and when i got to the room to tell my dr what happened i threw up more blood. so they were like surgery asap! Oh my way to surgery i started again and this time didn’t stop, so the first surgery i was wide awake for because i couldn’t stop throwing up and they couldn’t put me to sleep. They found out that the stent the other surgeon put in got infected went up my esophagus and put a 5mm hole in my aorta. They had to wait a day to get a heart graft, So the first surgery was quick just to stop the bleeding and save my life. The second MAJOR was to fix everything And i was moved back to where i got the weight loss surgery because that leak was still open. And they just wanted to see if someone could fix it. Literally Friday they said you’ll probably go home Monday or Tuesday. And on Sunday i threw up more blood and had to go into surgery again. But NOW I’m hopefully healing and will be on full recovery.” As you know, haley is an amazing mother & wife. She has had to be without her baby boy and husband for the last month now. Leaving her husband to play the role of mother & father. To stay afloat her husband has to return to work now after being off for some time to care for her and their son. Once she is home, she will also have a long road to recovery. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. and I ask that you please say a prayer & send positive vibes to Haley so she can get stronger every day and come home to be with her family. ♥️ UPDATE as of February 2023: I was transferred to Keck Medical USC in LA from mission hospital in  December 2022. I had a surgery on my esophagus, and they take all the parts that were infected. And they added a feeding tube and a bag that’s my esophagus “essentially.”  In January 2023 i had my aorta repair surgery and that was the biggest surgery! Which i am still in pain from.  My next surgery is in April which they will finish fixing my esophagus and take part of my colon to place where they took the parts out of the esophagus. They will also take off the esophagus bag, and the feeding tube
