Hi, my name is Alexandra, and I am a proud mixed-race trans woman having an upcoming life-changing gender-affirming surgery on Monday, April 18th. I am raising funds to offset the costs of this upcoming procedure and to help cover recovery expenses and lost wages during my time healing.
