Help a trans woman move out of Texas for her own safety

After the election, it's not going to be particularly safe for trans women in any red state, but among the most troublesome is the one in which I live, Texas. The erstwhile republic prides itself on the restrictive legislation it's already past concerning sex and gender: consider the abortion bounty system.

In addition to being trans and having a lease that ends in December, I lost my job early this year, right after I had some health issues. After months of searching and tens of initial calls followed by zoom meetings with larger teams followed by full-day interview panels, I've still not been able to find a new job. I'm actually considering academic writing programs that are fully funded, but none of them start until late next year.

I've used up all my savings in those months I've been jobhunting and hence have nothing left to pay for the last month's rent, continued health insurance (absurdly expensive as it always is when it's not through an employer), and the act of moving itself. I have out of state friends that can let me stay with them once I leave Texas, so at least I have somewhere to go, but as with those academic programs, the difficulty is the cost to actually get there.
