Help a victim of a hate crime pay off medic bills

I am a Nigerian international university student currently studying in Poland. On the night of October 16th, 2019, my two friends and I were preparing to go home after having a night out. We were approached by 3 aggressive polish men that began harassing us, they threw beer bottles at us and kept being bothered by our presence. Once we noticed their hostile behavior towards us, we called a taxi for us to go home.
As I was getting into the taxi one of the men attacked me from behind and punched me in the jaw. I ended up cracking three teeth and was rushed to the emergency room soon after the incident. Once I was examined i was informed that my left and right mandibles(lower jaw) were fractured and surgery was required immediately to prevent further damage. After the surgery, I ended up being hospitalized for 5 days. A police report was filed for the incident but the case ended up being dropped after a month because the men that attacked us were not identified, even though there were security cameras that captured the whole event.
My insurance wasn't able to cover the surgery which left me with a bill of 8000 polish zloty/1780 euros/$2120. Since i am a student and am not able to pay the full amount at once, the hospital allowed me to have monthly installments that will eventually pay off the whole bill. So far I have managed to pay off most of it and am now in need of assistance with the last two installments which are due by December 13th. This situation has been a stressful nightmare, i was racially assaulted and feel as though my case was not treated as a priority. It has brought about financial problems and I live in constant fear of being targeted and attacked again because of my race.
