Hello, my name is Abdullah, and I am 22 years old. My biggest dream has always been to study Information Technology and build a meaningful career. I’ve spent years planning for this path, hoping to create a brighter future not only for myself but for my family. But just as I was preparing to start, everything changed.

Here, you can see me with my younger siblings, whose future I hope to secure. They inspire me every day to work harder and keep dreaming, despite our difficult circumstances.

A Life Changed by War

When the war in Gaza began, my life was turned upside down. Our home was bombed, and we lost almost everything. In an instant, the future I had worked so hard to create was shattered. The dreams of a stable life and career in Information Technology, dreams that took years to build, vanished overnight.

This is a glimpse of the rubble that was once our home. The destruction around us is heartbreaking, yet we have no choice but to keep moving forward, one step at a time.

Taking on Responsibility

Now, I am the only one my family can rely on. I support my mother, father, and younger siblings financially. My parents are ill and unable to work, and my siblings are still too young to understand the challenges we’re facing. All their hopes rest on me, but the war has taken away our security, our home, and my dreams for an education and a stable career.

In this picture, I’m holding my two younger siblings amidst the ruins. They look up to me, and I feel the responsibility of giving them a better life. This is what keeps me going.

Rebuilding a Future Together

I am reaching out for help because I want to rebuild—not just for myself, but for my family. I want to study, to work, and to give my family a better life. The funds raised here will go towards helping us recover and, I hope, allowing me to pursue my education in Information Technology so I can finally follow the path I dreamed of.
