Hello, my name is Jenny Hart, I live in California and I'm organizing this fundraiser for Abdulrahman Saleem Mahmoud Almujaber, a 23 year-old Gazan bio-medical engineering student, his siblings Basil, Abdullah and his mother Salwa.

PLEASE NOTE: The previously raised balance shown represents the past year (2024) of fundraising, and these funds have been transferred to Abdulrahman in small increments over the last year, and are now depleted.

Hello, my name is Abdulrahman Al-Mujaber, 23 years old, from the northern Gaza Strip. I study medical equipment engineering. During a year and four months, I went through a devastating war. We lost everything. We lost our home completely, and another home of ours was partially damaged. We lost all the necessities of life and decent living because of this war. We were exposed to death many times in this war, and we live in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. We were deprived of food for several months, but thank God, my family and I miraculously survived after a year and four months of a devastating war for stone and people. Finally, a ceasefire was announced. This is the moment we have been waiting for for a long time. My family and I now need you to support me and support me in trying to live and establish a business project for me and my family so that I can save some money and try to rely on myself. Hello, my name is Jenny Hart, I live in California and I'm organizing this fundraiser for Abdulrahman Saleem Mahmoud Almujaber, a 23 year-old Gazan bio-medical engineering student, his siblings and his mother, all who have been slowly starving in a northern area of Gaza City. Their apartment building was destroyed, and they have been displaced multiple times. He first contacted me in January 2024. He has insisted on not being sent charity or donations until now. Here is his message:

Hi, this is me, Abdulrahman Almujaber , 23 years old and living in the Gaza Strip from childhood, with my family of four . I am studying medical equipment engineering in the last year before graduation. Unfortunately, I was not able to graduate and achieve my dream because of the war and the destruction of my university , For six months, we have been living in northern Gaza. We are living in the midst of devastation and devastation, in the midst of a war of genocide and a war of starvation. We lost our home, I lost my education, I lost my future, we lost everything, our life has lost all color and our souls are exhausted. We escape death every second through miracles that no human mind can imagine.

Six months ago, our world was torn apart by conflict in Gaza, forcing us to abandon our home, studies & life. Now, we are displaced. My once-promising future hangs in the balance as me & my family struggle to survive amidst the chaos. With no access to basic necessities like electricity and water, every day is a battle for survival, marked by hardship and uncertainty.

But amidst the rubble of despair, I cling to hope, dreaming of a brighter tomorrow where I can once again pursue my dream & make a difference in the lives of others. My greatest wish is simple yet profound: a safe haven for my family & myself.

Now, I am reaching out to you for help to secure the cost of our to evacuate to safety. With your support, I can help my family & myself reclaim our dreams. I cannot provide Abdulrahman with all the funds his family needs for food, shelter, and eventual rebuilding efforts but I can ask you to help me help him. Abdulrahman is 23 years old, remaining funny and sweet under deadly, unimaginable conditions. We need bio-medical engineers like him! We need humans like him. We have been talking via WhatsApp since he contacted me. What is being done to Gazans is horrific beyond imagining. Young men of Gaza are desperate to work, be of help to their families and know peace in their lives. 100% of the funds raised will be sent to Abdulrahman by me. We have already confirmed the ability to send funds successfully, directly, instantly. Please consider giving anything you can with everything you've got. I will make updates here as needed. UPDATE March 30, 2024: Wow. I woke up to an amazing successful start to Abdul's fundraiser! Incredible. Please add to this, anything you can, even just share with others. Abdulrahman is well, he is focused on promoting this fundraiser, the struggle of observing Ramadan with limited amounts of food to break their fast, pursuing his studies online, and doing remote work. During a genocide in an imprisoned piece of land he cannot leave, and is under constant, endless siege. He is a remarkable young man with dreams of survival and success.
