I spent my life working hard and toiling until I was 34 years old to have a beautiful home, a loving wife, a child like the moon, a happy family filled with love and hope.
Until November... In Gaza, my area was subjected to violent artillery and air bombardment, because of which I lost all my hopes. My home was destroyed and my family was displaced.
I lost my friends and loved ones. I lost the job that I made a living from. I was displaced several times, and now I have found nothing but rubble to live on, me and my family. Fear surrounds us from all sides and we could lose our lives at any moment.
I am Abdul Hajjaj, a Palestinian from Al-Maghazi camp. I am 34 years old. I am married and have a little girl who was born prematurely.
She needs special care and special food. I am unable to provide milk, clean water, or health care for her.
Diseases are widespread among us. Insects do not stop stinging me. The water is untreated and scarce, and the environment is polluted. There is no food, no water, no medicine.
The feeling of a husband and father who is unable to help his family cannot be described. From the refugee camps that lack the most basic necessities of life and death looms over them, I am talking to you and I hope for your help.
Perhaps your simple support will save the life of my family and restore my miserable soul. It means a lot to me and gives me great hope. I trust in your pure love for goodness and peace in order to coordinate at the crossing and evacuate Gaza to Egypt and live in security and peace.
Thank you to everyone who donates and participates in my campaign on social media. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

Abod is hoping to raise €30,000 to evacuate six people: himself, his wife, his baby daughter, his mother, his father, and his brother. The evacuation fee is $5,000 per person. Additional funds will be used to exchange currencies and meet the family's daily needs.
Abod's daughter was born premature, and needs special food and care to stay healthy. His mother is ill, and his father suffers from digestive issues, using a colostomy bag. Treating his family and evacuating them to safety is urgent, and critical.
Our Abod is an incredibly special man. He is gentle, loving, kind, and so funny. Over a few short months of messaging each other, we have grown very close. We love him as family.
Please, give what you can to help Abod and his family to safety. Thank you.
