Help Adam and I Secure a New Home

As many of you know, Adam and I have to vacate our current duplex by the end of June. This was very unexpected. We have been dealing with vehicle problems and haven't had any money to save towards unexpected events such as this.

We haven't found anything yet but we have a few potential places that we look at this week. Rentals are going very fast in the Twin Cities and we will need to be prepared to offer at least a deposit along with application fees upfront and immediately. I'm a little (actually more than a little) nervous that we will not find something in time. So many potential properties have been snapped up within hours of inquiring in it. We will also need to enlist movers as my health issues prevent me from doing any lifting.

We look at this property in the photo tomorrow (May 29th) and I'm hoping that we will get approved for this one. (Fingers crossed, prayers please)
