Help Adam In His Fight Against MSA
Donation protected
Earlier this year, my brother Adam, at age 52, was diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a very rare, progressive neurological condition that has no cure. One description to help understand the effects is if ALS paired up with Parkinson’s. Unfortunately, Adam is no longer able to continue teaching (electrical teacher at Medford Vocational Technical High School) and will require costly treatments and equipment not all covered by insurance, as well as significant renovations to help him remain in his home as long as possible.
Clementine is a freshman at Lasell University studying fashion management and Violet is a senior at Littleton High School planning to study nursing next year. Laurie is a ceramics teacher at Acton-Boxborough High School.
The focus now for Adam is on living every day to the fullest - something we should all do. Thank you for anything you are able to contribute.
