Adam Walters Recover from Near Fatal Accident

Donation protected
On Christmas Day, our dear friend Adam Walters suffered a terrible motorbike accident, breaking both of his legs and his left arm, severing his femoral artery, collapsing his lungs, and knocking him unconscious in a creek.  Miraculously, someone saw the accident and was able to call 911 immediately before he was lost forever.  The first responder was a true hero, arrived within 3 minutes, ripped off her gear, and scaled down into the creek to save his life.  She lifted his head from the running water, installed a tourniquet on his leg, and got him life flighted to the Houston Med Center, where he has been receiving some of the best care we could ask for, including multiple surgeries and shock trauma intensive care.  Gratefully, Adam always took safety seriously and was wearing his helmet.  His mind is strong and so is his spirt.  He is alive and pushing forward.  We are blessed beyond measure and are filled with joy to share these present moments with him.

Many miracles occurred to save Adam’s life.  The woman seeing the accident before he was hidden in the creek.  The first responder arriving immediately and selflessly saving him.  All of the medical personnel working around the clock to put him back together.  And much much more.  From the bottom of our heart, we thank you for saving his life!

Now we ask for your help in making one more miracle and we ask that you be a guardian angel for Adam.  Adam will be unable to work for many months with a strenuous road to recovery.  And you can imagine the medical bills that are growing at this very moment.  So we are asking for you to donate what you can and from what your heart leads you to do.  Even the smallest gift or word of encouragement makes a difference and is greatly greatly appreciated.

Many of us know and love Adam dearly.  He is one of the most gifted, good hearted, virtuous, and hard working young men you will ever meet.  He finished high school a year early and went onto finish a 4 year degree in only one year, testing out of many courses and breaking records on course loads.  At only 22 years old, he earned the role of General Manager for Dark Knight Motor Group and has been the heart, mind and soul of Dark Knight for over a year.  He has a beautiful baby girl and is an extremely dedicated father. He is a friend to everyone and is always there when you need him.

Please help us to be there for Adam as he embarks on this long road to recovery.  Thank you so much for supporting.  God bless.
