Help Aden's Family in Their Time of Need

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Jim Miller III and I am praying you can help us support Aden Hanretty and his family. Aden is a soft-spoken, determined young man with a huge heart, with friends and family praying for your support…

Aden successfully graduated from Fargo North H.S. on Sunday, June 2, receiving his diploma at 6:45 PM, with his mom‘s proud eyes full of tears the entire time. He exited the Fargodome, took pictures with friends and family, and was already excited to get moving into the next chapter of his life.

Four hours later (clean and sober), the boys were all dismantling after hanging out around town and started heading back to their homes as graduates. Aden never made it home.

There was tremendous flooding in Fargo and his minivan hit one of those big water puddles in the street and it sent his van directly into a tree… Two blocks from home.

Aden‘s friend that was driving ahead of him called the other cars that were heading home and they met back at Aden before the police got there. He was wearing his seatbelt, but the damage is extensive. God had other plans for him. He is currently in a drug-induced coma to help his body heal, but he’s not out of the woods, and when he does come out, his recovery is going to be slow and long (and expensive). Aden lives with his mom Kayla, and his two younger siblings (7th grader and 4th grader). The kids are struggling with where their brother is, but for his recovery he is in a low stimulation room and has limited visitors, Grandma is around to help out while Kayla is in the hospital with Aden almost every second.

There’s very little we can do outside the hospital other than pray and provide monetary support.

This kid has been my “drive-through buddy” at McDonald’s for a long time, and he’s just the greatest kid in the world that you want to cheer for.

I humbly ask on behalf of Aden’s family that you donate whatever you can. I can’t imagine being in Kayla’s spot right now, and I wish it upon no parent.

He graduated just four hours before the accident. Please provide prayers and monetary support for this family. Let us help this Northside family so that Aden can get back to chasing his dreams. God bless you for your donations, and God bless Aden and his family.
