Help Adin pay his team fairly and promote next EP

Hey folks! Hope you're doing well. My name's Adin Boyer, and I'm a professional indie rocker, singer-songwriter, pianist, and music producer who is super excited to be a contestant on this season of American Idol! This past year, I've worked with top-notch hired-gun professional musicians who have put some serious, strenuous effort into fulfilling my creative vision as much as possible, with the production of my debut EP, "Caseload". Now, to ring in the new year, I am coming in with flying colors with a brand-new EP that is currently in production. These four songs have already been written, and are currently in the arrangement and tracking process. This year, I hope I can play pro gigs with my band as well, instead of exclusively solo, to further my artistic vision in my live performance.
Since I am the sole songwriter, arranger, and creative director of all of my music release projects, I am in a position where I have to hire my band's ever-changing lineup of musicians. It is extremely important to me that the people on my team get paid fairly because I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to make ends meet as a professional musician.
On this next EP, I will be expanding my team, working with several other artists of different mediums, many of whom have disabilities. People with disabilities are notoriously far too often not paid fairly for their work, and/or are in situations where they need to pay TO work. It is so important to me that this time around, I treat my fellow artist colleagues with disabilities fairly and pay them fairly for their work, equal to what I would for a non-disabled colleague. It is so important to me that I include my colleagues who are part of underrepresented and marginalized groups because I understand firsthand the value of OPPORTUNITY as a person on the autism spectrum.
I can self-fund the production side of my next EP, just like I did for my previous one. However, I now need help with paying my team, as I've already emptied ALL of my savings on the last EP and only two full-band shows.
I will also need help with updating some equipment; particularly a wireless in-ear monitoring system for myself and my drummer. This monitoring system is utterly crucial to my sound, as I run highly-specific automatic original backing synthesizer tracks that are synchronized with a click track in our ears. It is also a MAJOR disability accommodation for my auditory sensory issues. Since I couldn't afford a proper monitoring system, I ended up with a wildly unsuccessful usage of a makeshift monitoring system at my Caseload EP release show, at a fully DIY space. This caused major anguish in me and my band, and it interfered with our performance. For me to play at most professional venues, or to get major opening-act gigs, I have to further my experience playing DIY and smaller shows, so having this piece of equipment will ease a lot of heartaches, and will snuff out delays.
