Help Adriel on his recovery

Alot of people have been asking for more info and how they can help in regards to Adriels accident.

This is what he feels comfortable on sharing right now. Last friday late afternoon, driving less than 5 miles from his home on rt 6, he was traveling towards Mechanicsville. Another driver was traveling towards laplata and came into his lane. He got the motorcycle onto the shoulder of the road into grass to try to avoid impact but the other driver kept full speed towards him. He knew he was about to get hit so he laid the bike down and was hit and thrown from the bike. He was flown out to Baltimore shock trauma where he still is in the ICU. When he leaves the hospital he will have months to years of rehab. He sustained life threatening injuries to both legs. Bruising to his heart and lungs. Also grade 5 laceration to his kidney and to his liver. Thankfully no injury to his brain.

We are blessed he is alive after such a horrific accident. Its going to be a long while before he can return to work in the engineering dept of childrens national hospital until then he wont be able to fulfill or contribute to his financial responsibilities. Him and his gf purchased their first home at 20 years old. They are young but have adult bills. He has always been motivated and hardworking to achieve things in life and be dependent for himself.

Adriel says even with all of this, he is so grateful to be alive, he will do what he needs to adapt to this new way of living for himself and his loved ones. He says if you are able to help, his family and him would be very grateful.
