Help Afford Surgery For Hunter

Hello my name is Phenix, my neighbors cat Hunter mostly hangs out at my house and with my family. He has always felt like our cat, then he went missing for a few days and came back with a dislocated back right leg. We messaged the owners and they told us that there wasn’t anything they could do, they surrendered the cat to me. As soon as I had him I took him to the vet, she said that surgery was the best option. Due to his dislocation being so severe they were sure it would just pop back out, I applied for a loan to pay for the surgery in a payment plan but I haven’t been approved. He hasn’t eaten or drank anything in almost 5 days, I don’t know how much longer he can live like this. He needs surgery desperately but I don’t have the funds. Please help me save him, otherwise I have to put him down.
