Help after being hospitalized

Hello, my name is Erwin, I am fundraising because I recently got out the hospital last year, yet still am not able to work. I have a rare illness called " Lymbic Encephalitis" which caused lost of vision, seizures, blackouts, & urgent surgery.

I am still recovering from said illness notnallowed to work. I am close to losing my apartment & vehicle. Any money would greatly help. I can't work due to medical reasons & my savings of over $8,000.00 has now been completely exhausted. 

I'm simply seeking any & all help one may be able to provide during this constraining time. I have serial bills on pay with no means of income of gathering food. Thank you for all you can help in any way. May life bless you for your generosity.
