Help after illness and job loss

Hi, my name is Megan and this is Trixie. I find myself in the position of needing help again.
I caught covid in mid December. I recovered mostly from it towards the end of January though I am still suffering from some after effects. Exhaustion, weakness, brain fog, trouble breathing and coughing when I move too much. I was unable to work during this time and lost the majority of my tutoring clients. My kiniscule saving were able to pay rent and I received some help to repair my car, pay my car insurance last month, and get food but I am still floundering.
All of my bills are past due because I was in the hospital and have been only been able to pay for the medicine insurance will not cover and my rent. My cat Trixie is special needs and requires a yearly check up in order to receive her life saving medicine. I cannot afford this either. I am applying for as many jobs as I can but I am limited as to what I can do because of my health. I am trying to network with more tutoring clients too. I have gotten two new ones which will help but I am too behind for this to catch me up and prevent catastrophe and homelessness.
I was able to pay for my prescriptions and pay my rent this month but that is all I have. My electric bill is past due and will be shut off in May when the protection against shut offs due to covid expires. My internet is past due and will be shut off on the 16th of this month which will prevent me from being able to tutor one of the students. My car insurance is due on the 15th. Trixie has one more month of medicine before she will require a vet visit with lab work before they will refill her prescription. I am beyond terrified and exhausted right now. If anyone can help me, it would save my life and the life of my cat. Thank you.
