Help after Life Threatening Hospital Stay!

Hi, my name is David and I am asking for a bit of help for my dear friend Allegra Curtis who is still in the hospital (9 days in ICU) recovering from Diverticulitis which almost claimed her life in Wilmington, North Carolina. She recently lost her job and is a single mother with a teenage son. She just needs a bit of help to get through this medical emergency (she has insurance, thank God, for the medical expenses) for the coming bills at home with no paycheck once she is finally released in 2-3 weeks and will not be able to for work again right away.
