Help Ahmed & his family rebuild their lives in Gaza

Donation protected

My name is Gemma and I’m trying to help my friend Ahmed and his family to simply survive. They have been displaced from their home many times and are now trapped in north Gaza where no humanitarian aid is being allowed in. Ahmed is solely responsible for his grandmother, mother, wife, 2 year old daughter and also his younger brother and sister and cousins. Due to his generous nature he is also sharing whatever food he gets with some children who are orphaned. They rely solely on our donations to survive and with no aid getting through whatever items remain are at extortionate prices. Ahmed is also dealing with physical injuries he received months ago from shelling and requires surgery. These injuries affect his ability to perform daily activities yet he has no choice but to go out in search of food and water.

Here are Ahmed’s words:

Hello, my name is Ahmed, and I live in North Gaza. Although I cannot describe in words the extent of the pain and challenges we are going through, I will try to share my story here and hope that you can help us in these difficult times.

My Injury:
A few months ago, I was seriously injured due to the ongoing shelling in our area. The injury I sustained has left me unable to work or perform daily activities. Life before the war was difficult enough, but this injury has made things even more complicated, as I suffer from severe pain and require medical treatment.

Famine in North Gaza:
The current conditions in North Gaza are much worse than I imagined. The ongoing war has destroyed essential infrastructure, including hospitals, bakeries and markets. People here are suffering from severe shortages of food and water. Famine is accelerating, and families are struggling to obtain basic livelihoods.

Repercussions of the War:
The humanitarian crisis in North Gaza is worsening every day. Families who once lived simple but stable lives are now suffering from hunger, disease and displacement. Children are facing difficult times, while adults struggle to provide basic needs. The war has left behind so much destruction, we have little hope of getting help.

How you can help:
Every donation, no matter how small, will make a real difference in our lives. We need your support now more than ever. You can donate via the link below and share this campaign with your friends and family to help us spread the word.

We appreciate your support and concern, and every donation from you gives us hope and strength to continue facing these difficult times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
