Help Aid: JD Moore's family during his medical journey

I am Kathryn Wrazidlo, Mother of Justin Moore (JD). I am raising funds to help Justin and his family with medical and monthly expenses.

My son has been sick for the past two years and just recently his illnesses have progressed. He has damage to his throat and esophagus due to cancer cells and erosion with digestive system complications. He suffers from neurologic disorders affecting his upper and lower spine. He recently underwent surgery where his sixth and seventh cervical vertebrae were removed, and his neck was fused from the fifth to the eighth vertebrae. His surgeries do not end here. He has several upcoming medical appointments to address brain, liver, spleen, and lower spine abnormalities.

Justin has not been fully employable since 2021, one year post marriage to his beautiful supporting wife, Sarah Kent Moore. Four years and two amazing children later, he is completely unable to work due to the physical impairments. They are struggling to pay medical, mortgage, utility, daycare, and basic daily living expenses. I am asking my family, friends, community, and military brothers and sisters to help me, help them. Any amount is a blessing and appreciated.
