Help Aja with her Gender Journey and Transition
Donation protected
Hi There!!!
My name is Aja! You may know me for my appearance on Rupaul's Drag Race S9 & AS3, being a Recording artist and/or my social media platform. I am raising money to pay for the medical portion of my gender journey. While researching, I've come to realize how expensive a lot of these procedures actually are. I am asking for the help of my community, friends and family. I have lived my life as Non Binary since 2018 and have recently began to identify more with the feminine aspect of my identity. Now living my life as a trans woman has brought out worries about different things such as my appearance. I am ready to affirm myself and be in the body that I feel most comfortable in. I am interested in/but not limited to Facial Fillers/Botox/Facial Feminization, Laser Hair Removal and eventually maybe electrolysis, Hair Plugs, etc. I would really appreciate all your help! Thank you so much ☺️
Many people have been asking and wondering why they should donate to my cause.
I believe the trans experience is very delicate and very unique to every single person. Everyone who falls under the trans umbrella has a different way of feeling whole, or complete. Imagine living your whole life feeling like something is wrong, and you can’t put your finger on it. And then realizing that your body or your appearance does not align with the gender that you feel. That people on the outside acknowledging you as your assigned gender and not the one you truly are makes you feel unseen and not acknowledged. And all my life I have been told that I need to be more of a man, and he to act like a man, look like a man, and be a man. I let this toxic masculinity rule my entire life and I am finally putting a stop to it. I am ready to be in the skin I was meant to be in. I am ready to be affirmed.
Just because I once did tv doesn’t mean that I have all the resources, money or answers for this. If you don’t feel I am worth your donation that is fine, but also know that you do not need to compare oranges and apples by comparing my transition to other peoples situations and monetary needs. We are all living in a world where many of us can use extra help.
I just want to make sure that I have the resources to do my physical transition right and in a healthy way that I will not regret in my future. This has been causing a difficult depression for me for years and I have no been honest with myself. Now I am. And I am ready to move forward. Thank you for those who help me with this journey.
