Help Al Find Relief and Walk Again

I am Debbie Antonio, and I cannot believe I am doing this, asking for help. Al has urged me not to do this, so he doesn’t know I am reaching out. We have always been the helpers and never thought we would be in this position to have to ask for some support ourselves.

Since April, Al has been laid up with his back. He has numerous problems: spinal stenosis, scoliosis, 3 compound fractures (L2, L4, and L5), arthritis, degenerative disk disease, sciatica, and more. We have done all the required treatments from a neurosurgeon, who only talked surgery, to pain management, who only wanted to hand out pills that did no good for his pain and put him into a comatose state, to physical therapy, to acupuncture, which helps only on a very temporary basis.

Needless to say, our health insurance has not covered a lot of the expense, so we have depleted our savings trying to find him some relief from the pain and to be able to walk again. I believe I have found something that may help him with a chiropractor, which is of course not covered by our insurance. It is a 10-week therapy treatment, which has a positive outlook on relieving the pain and being able to make him walk. I am only asking for help to try to cover some of the expenses related to this treatment.

I have been applying for jobs, but am only receiving denial letters. I believe age has something to do with that because I am qualified for what I have applied for. I want to thank you in advance for even considering donating.
